Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to Solution Consultants with customizing and configuring demo environments for prospect demos based on unique requirements
• Assist with the creation of new vertical demo datasets
• Maintain the solution scripting repository for SuiteBundle solutions which can be leveraged by Solution Consultants for their demo environments
• Customize the NetSuite application with new functionality for each version release
• Work will be performed during North American business working hours

Qualifications/Skills:

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• 2 + years in a support or training role for a CRM, ERP or Ecommerce application
• Expert troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Ability to acquire and apply new technical knowledge quickly
• Be self-driven and able to work independently
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Preferably 1–4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Must be willing to work on NA Shift (10pm – 7am)
