For our business development team we are looking for an enthusiastic leader who will build NetSuite's global partner ecosystem for Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). In this highly visible role you will help define NetSuite's HRMS strategy and execute all partnering aspects, such as identifying, structuring, negotiating, closing and nurturing revenue-generating partnerships.

You should have an extensive background in HRMS from a market and product perspective, you have worked for a major HR software vendor or consultancy firm, and you have a proven track record addressing market needs and driving revenue through partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Help define NetSuite's HRMS strategy and identify key partners to support the strategy.
  • Manage the entire business development lifecycle with HRMS partners, from recruiting and contract negotiation to closing, go-to-market and driving joint success and growth.
  • Create cross-company teams in support of the strategy and partner engagements.
  • Account manage tier one partners by building deep relationship on the personal level.
  • Expand relationships by reviewing activity, driving issues to resolution, and identifying opportunities for partners to improve the value of the partnership.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of partner needs and communicate it back to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of NetSuite's HRMS story and messaging.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • BS/BA or Master's
  • Deep background in HRMS, both from a market, product and implementation perspective
  • 8+ Years proven track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships
  • HRMS product management or HR systems implementation experience, preferably at a major major HR software vendor or consultancy firm
  • Proven ability to build effective cross-functional teams in support of business objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Good technical understanding of Software as a Service and related software development concepts
