Job Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for helping with pre-sales scoping and post-sale implementations of the NetSuite application.

This position will be responsible for quickly assessing customer implementation needs, documenting business requirements, engaging in change management, and coordinating the timelines of multiple projects.

This position will develop project plans, process flow diagrams, and detailed functional business analysis across the ERP, CRM and E-commerce aspects of projects to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate must have a passion for helping small and mid-sized businesses find creative ways to use NetSuite to more effectively run their businesses. Work will be done both locally and at customer sites across the UK and EMEA.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Significant, demonstrable experience in Project Management
• Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to CRM, Sales Force Automation, Marketing, Support Management, Forecasting
• Prince II Practitioner or equivalent
• Exposure to less ubiquitous, more esoteric business practices such as Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multicurrency and commissions) and Web presence (Net or Ecommerce, Shopping carts, Website layout)
• Experience with software in an ASP environment is a plus. Experience with financial accounting, customer management, and sales force automation software
• Excellent in Excel with good oral and written communication skills and significant experience with sophisticated CRM systems
• Experience with the following applications is a solid predictor of success at NetSuite: QuickBooks, Great Plains,
• SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards
• Bachelors degree preferred but not essential
• Anticipated travel – 15%
