NetSuite webinar to showcase business advantages of upgrading to NetSuite cloud from Microsoft Dynamics GP

NetSuite Customers to Share Success Stories Switching Off Microsoft Dynamics GP to the Cloud

NetSuite Offers "Great Plains Switch" Promotion of Free Data Transfer to Qualified Users of Microsoft Dynamics GP

SAN MATEO, Calif.—July 19, 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced a webinar, titled "Why It's Time to Upgrade from Great Plains to Cloud ERP," designed to help Microsoft Dynamics GP users explore the business advantages that companies gain when upgrading to the NetSuite cloud and the challenges left behind when previously straddled with antiquated, on-premise solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains. Featured speakers at the webinar are NetSuite customers, Christopher Miller, Director of Accounting at ClearChoice Management Services, a dental practice management company, and Calvin Liu, Executive Vice President at Concept Enterprises, a manufacturer of mobile video systems for automobiles.

To register for the webinar on July 24, please visit www.netsuite.com.sg/gp-switch. Along with the webinar, NetSuite is offering a "Great Plains Switch" promotion by which qualified new customers who sign up with NetSuite before December 31, 2012, are eligible for free data transfer from Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains. NetSuite professional services and systems integration partners are also available to help ensure a rapid and seamless upgrade to NetSuite. Companies switching from Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains to NetSuite can expect to see substantial advantages, including timely, accurate management insights powered by real-time visibility and analytics. Reporting and analytics in Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains can be stifled because key operational data is locked up in other siloed systems and stand-alone spreadsheets, creating delays and inaccuracies in the reporting process. Because NetSuite unifies customer, financial, inventory and sales data in one solution, everything from financial close to recurring revenue recognition can be handled in much less time.

In addition, NetSuite provides superior order-to-cash process management. Even when paired with Microsoft's own CRM product, Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains suffers delays or re-keying when processing an order from the initial entry through the shipping and billing stages. NetSuite offers a single code base and a fully integrated process flow, dramatically reducing the potential for errors and delays in the order-to-cash sequence. And NetSuite offers smoother, more accurate invoice-to-payment procedures, providing a more user-friendly, integrated approach to the payment of everything from trade invoices to expense reports.

NetSuite customers that unshackled themselves from Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains report the ability to streamline order-to-cash processes from initial order entry to fulfilment and billing in a single solution, compared to the error-prone manual order management that is typical with Great Plains. These companies also report faster, more efficient financial close, streamlined revenue recognition in compliance with GAAP standards, greater control over business performance, and real-time data access through any browser and Internet connection. These former Great Plains users are taking advantage of NetSuite's flexibility and scalability to expand partner relationships, penetrate new markets and expand their customer base without concern over having to configure Great Plains and run multiple instances of the Microsoft software. And NetSuite OneWorld, the world's first and only fully integrated cloud business management platform for multinational and multi-subsidiary companies, provides global rollup and consolidation capabilities across complex entity structures all within a single unified ERP instance. This functionality is in stark contrast to Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains, which can require customers to deploy multiple instances of the software, slowing down consolidation, hampering reporting and adding to IT overhead.

By transitioning from the cost and complexity of the Microsoft on-premise solution to the NetSuite cloud-based business management suite, ClearChoice, Concept Enterprises and other companies are realizing improved business efficiency, productivity and real-time 360-degree visibility into key business metrics while accelerating financial close, opening new frontiers for business growth and easily adapting to changing business demands through customization. The hundreds of companies that have moved up to NetSuite represent a significant exodus from Microsoft Dynamics GP/Great Plains and an embrace of NetSuite's proven cloud business management solution. Some of the new switches include:

Concept Enterprises (www.conceptbuy.com), based in Los Angeles, was tired of high IT and outsourcing costs, difficulties with upgrades, lack of real-time information and problems with financial close and data exports to Excel. With NetSuite, Concept Enterprises simplified and accelerated its financial close and benefits from anywhere, anytime visibility into key business metrics, customers, orders and suppliers. After a rapid three-month implementation, Concept Enterprises took advantage of easy customization, tailoring business processes to better engage customers without the cost and complexity of an on-premise solution. "With NetSuite, all we need is a laptop and an Internet connection to gain visibility into our business. Since the transition to cloud computing, we have achieved a much greater level of productivity and efficiency," said Liu.

New Customer Revolution Prep, an educational software and services provider that helps students prepare for SAT and ACT, also recently freed themselves from Microsoft Dynamics GP by switching to NetSuite:

Revolution Prep (www.revolutionprep.com), based in Santa Monica, Calif., has doubled the productivity of its financial management staff since abandoning Great Plains and FRx, the standalone financial reporting companion to Great Plains. Going live in January 2012, NetSuite has enabled Revolution Prep to improve budget vs. actuals reporting across more than 20 departments, business units and regions, and reduce its monthly financial close from 10 days down to five. The company has also streamlined complex recognition of deferred revenue upon delivery of service (complying with GAAP) for students who pay weeks in advance for a course. Revolution Prep is upgrading its CRM system from Salesforce.com to NetSuite for a single, integrated lead-to-cash solution that manages customer purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, receivables and salesperson commissions, and has tied NetSuite into its homegrown eCommerce system for unified management of transactions and financials. "NetSuite has improved our productivity 100 percent and given us very sophisticated financial reporting across multiple budgets," said Joy Connell, Controller at Revolution Prep. "It's really a pleasure to work with such a high quality product."
