Financial Engines Revs Up with NetSuite CRM+

Leading Investment Advisory Services Firm Selects NetSuite to Better Unite Sales and Client Management

SAN MATEO, Calif.—September 1, 2005—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software for small and medium-sized businesses, today announced that Palo Alto, Calif.-based Financial Engines has implemented NetSuite CRM+ to help run its marketing, sales and client management operations. Financial Engines chose NetSuite primarily for its strong client support capabilities, customizable dashboards, and its ability to be tailored to integrate with the firm's ERP software of record, Oracle Financials.

Financial Engines' recent deployment of NetSuite—to users across sales, marketing, client services and corporate management—is now streamlining sales and support operations for the fast-growing investment advice and portfolio management firm. Key to the selection was NetSuite's ability to tightly integrate with Microsoft Outlook, a feature now included as part of NetSuite's recently released version 10.6. In addition, NetSuite Professional Services used Web Services from NetSuite's NetFlex platform to integrate the application with Financial Engines' existing Oracle financial system.

"Financial Engines prides itself on excellent client service, and NetSuite provides us with a customer hub in which all critical client information can be stored and accessed by everyone who needs it, when they need it to better serve our clients," said Larry Raffone, EVP, sales and client services, Financial Engines. "Also, NetSuite was able to customise the application around our business and deliver relevant information through easy-to-use dashboards to further aid us in centralizing all client information."
