Greater Financial Accountability and Compliance

Global ambitions: A mix of organic growth and acquisitions saw Inlumi expand from one country to seven. To enable its growth, Inlumi needed a more unified accounting and ERP/PSA solution to effectively handle the business’ global operations—while maintaining the same data visibility and business performance that it preaches to its customers.

Finding a solution to support growth plans: Once Inlumi’s strategy for growth had been set, with plans to expand from the Netherlands to a number of other operating geographies through acquisition or start-up, it became apparent that they needed an ERP/PSA system that could support those ambitions, capable of dealing with their business model and the marketplace requirements of the target countries.

Greater financial visibility and control: Inlumi deployed NetSuite OneWorld, OpenAir and its Fixed Asset Management module to facilitate setting up de-centralised financial operations (shared services) to effectively run the business from wherever they were located. This allowed the company to set standard processes, perform operational accounting functions and establish visibility over all business transactions without having to hire expertise locally in every operation.

Keep up the good work: Inlumi plans to deploy additional NetSuite solutions to support its momentum and keep operations lean. Onboarding Services Resource Planning will bring greater visibility into the company’s work in progress, improving their forecasting and allowing them to move to a continuous rolling budget model.
