MedExpress gains real-time insights with NetSuite

MedExpress is a pharmacy management company in the Philippines, operating nearly 100 locations nationwide. After 15 years, its aging SAP EEC system could no longer keep pace; the private data center setup limited access, slowed reporting, and forced teams to rely on overly manual processes. Uploading point-of-sale (POS) data alone could take up to two days, delaying visibility into sales, inventory, and branch performance.
