NetSuite offers free data migration for Sage swaps

Offer Available to Existing Sage Users up to 31 August 2007

LONDON, 31 May 2007—NetSuite, Inc., the leader in on-demand business management software for small and mid-sized businesses, today announced free data migration for customers who switch to NetSuite® from Sage's (LSE:SGE.L) fragmented, non-integrated product offerings including Sage Line 50, Sage Line 100, Sage Line 200, Sage Line 500, Sage 1000, Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, ACCPAC, SalesLogix, and Sage CRM. To date, hundreds of former Sage customers have moved to NetSuite, and they quickly gained higher productivity at a much lower cost, driven by the seamless integration of CRM, ERP and Ecommerce functionality found in NetSuite's on-demand business application. This new offer enables companies to move from Sage's Stone Age applications to NetSuite's Internet Age applications painlessly. For details about the offer, please go to www.netsuite.com.sg/sageswap.

NetSuite's special offer is available to existing Sage customers in the UK, who purchase NetSuite no later than 31 August 2007. The free data migration includes up to a limit of £5,000 in total migration costs, which should be more than enough for most standard imports from Sage. Qualifying products are Sage Line 50, Sage Line 100, Sage Line 200, Sage Line 500, Sage 1000, Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, ACCPAC, SalesLogix, and Sage CRM.

With more than 30 different product lines, Sage has never solved the problem of cross-departmental information flow and its products only integrate weakly, if at all. While Sage continues to focus on point, client-server solutions — a different application for each department — NetSuite provides one integrated system spanning CRM, ERP and ecommerce and supporting cross-departmental workflows that mirror how businesses actually operate. This one system architecture eliminates redundant data entry and the cost associated with managing multiple systems for finance, sales, warehouse management, customer support and ecommerce. NetSuite includes user dashboards which provide all the real-time data and applications appropriate for their jobs without having to request manual reports or print-outs from departments that might take days to prepare. As a result, companies have achieved business efficiency gains following their NetSuite deployment, allowing companies to provide faster service and achieve higher customer satisfaction than ever before.

Additionally, the vast majority of Sage's products are built on old, pre-Internet architectures, further increasing the cost of ownership. Unlike NetSuite, Sage products must be managed, upgraded, backed-up and updated manually, typically by in-house company resources. Also, such client/server applications are hard to access remotely, a key drawback given the distributed business models being used by companies large and small. NetSuite is designed to solve these challenges. Because NetSuite ties ERP, CRM and Ecommerce together in a single, hosted application, businesses don't need to waste time and money integrating disparate applications. NetSuite is also delivered as an on-demand service, eliminating all the on-going cost of maintaining and upgrading the application. NetSuite's one system, advanced functionality and SaaS delivery are the key reasons businesses of various sizes choose NetSuite over applications like Sage.
