New SuiteApp Helps Merchants Streamline Business and Achieve a Single View of Transactions, Customers and Financials
Melbourne, Australia—10 October 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced that NetSuite partner Retail Anywhere has released a new point-of-sale (POS) SuiteApp for the Australian market, giving Australian retailers new capabilities for POS transaction processing and integration of transactional and customer data with the NetSuite SuiteCommerce platform and the core NetSuite ERP/CRM cloud solution. Previously available only in North America, the SuiteApp release enables Australian merchants to capture POS data atop the NetSuite SuiteCommerce platform and build a single view of transactions and individual customers in the core NetSuite ERP/CRM application. The Retail Anywhere SuiteApp is being unveiled by Retail Anywhere CEO Branden Jenkins at NetSuite Cloud Tour events in Sydney on October 9 and Melbourne on October 11.
The POS solution from Retail Anywhere, based in Paso Robles, California, introduces powerful POS functionality to SuiteCommerce, NetSuite's commerce-aware cloud platform that enables B2C and B2B merchants to manage transactions regardless of customer touchpoint (brick-and-mortar stores, online, smartphones, tablets and call centres). Operating directly on the core NetSuite ERP and CRM application and featuring an advanced web storefront, SuiteCommerce is designed to address the limitations and complexity of first-generation commerce systems, enabling businesses to streamline business processes, grow relationships using built-in marketing tools and immerse customers in a richly interactive and intuitive shopping experience, all with the benefit of a central system to manage transactions with consumers and other businesses.
