NetLedger partners up with ADP to offer online accounting solution

SAN MATEO, Calif.—March 13, 2000—NetLedger, Inc., the world’s leading provider of a Web-based accounting solution for small businesses, today announced an exclusive partnership with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (NYSE: AUD), the world’s leading provider of integrated payroll, human resources and benefits administration services. As a result of today’s announcement, NetLedger’s online accounting solution will be integrated with ADP’s EasyPayNet online payroll solution. NetLedger and ADP will soon be able to offer their customers a comprehensive accounting and payroll solution that provides flexible access anytime, anywhere, from any computer linked to the Internet.

Under the terms of the agreement, NetLedger and ADP will provide small business customers the capability to automatically update their general ledger and other accounts as payroll is processed. utilising both EasyPayNet and NetLedger, customers can save time and money, while focusing on critical business tasks.
