Online ERP Training Enables Growth

Starting simple
In 2016, AM Signal implemented NetSuite to replace its QuickBooks and Fishbowl systems for accounting and inventory management, respectively. Those systems weren’t meeting the growing company’s needs. AM Signal started with a basic, out-of-the-box NetSuite implementation, realising it could add features and functionality as it grew.
Growth breeds complexity
Growing roughly 25 percent during its first two years on NetSuite, AM Signal added sales, territories, offices and customers, but also complexity. Different municipalities had different levels of approval for different equipment that AM Signal had to track and account for constantly.
Learn as you go gives company the green light for expansion
With NetSuite’s Learning Cloud Support Pass, staff at the company were able to learn about the system’s capabilities at their own pace via the NetSuite online training resource library. From these training videos and demos, they were able to add new workflows, custom record types and more features that improve customer communication and response, simplify life for sales professionals and contract renewals.
