Leading Microsoft Dynamics GP VAR Expands Product Portfolio with NetSuite Cloud

NetSuite SuiteWorld 2012, SAN FRANCISCO—May 17, 2012—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), the industry's leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, and Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, one of the largest accounting and consulting services providers in northern California, announced today that its technology consulting division, Frank, Rimerman Consulting (FRC) has joined the NetSuite Solution Provider Program, delivering NetSuite's cloud offerings to companies across a wide range of industries.

As a NetSuite partner, FRC has launched a new cloud computing practice to provide NetSuite's cloud business management solutions to companies in industries such as manufacturing, wholesale distribution, life sciences, eCommerce, and software, as well as to global enterprises and the public sector. The new cloud practice expands FRC's focus beyond Microsoft-based on-premise solutions, and answers the growing client demand for cloud solutions that deliver superior efficiency and visibility without the high up-front costs and ongoing maintenance of on-premise systems.

Partnering with NetSuite enhances FRC's presence in the rapidly expanding cloud computing industry and gives its clients access to NetSuite's world-class line-up of cloud solutions for ERP/financials, CRM, Ecommerce and Professional Services Automation (PSA), as well as global business management with NetSuite OneWorld. With NetSuite, FRC adds a compelling new offering for its customers and FRC will now be able to take its clients to the NetSuite cloud while leveraging its 17-year practice of helping clients optimise business processes and maximise the value of their technology investments. The new partnership continues the strong growth and momentum for the NetSuite Solution Provider Program, a key channel that drives a substantial portion of NetSuite's revenue growth.

"We partnered with NetSuite to ensure we offer the best possible cloud-based business solutions available on the market to support our clients in exceeding their goals," said Stephen Wolford, Partner in charge of Frank, Rimerman Consulting. "By choosing NetSuite, we have a robust cloud-based application platform to deliver solutions customised to our clients' unique needs and which takes a major step in the evolution of our technology division."

"FRC's experience in technology and specifically ERP, combined with its parent firm's accounting and financial acumen, make this a valued and exciting partnership for delivering NetSuite's cloud-based solutions," said Craig West, NetSuite VP of Channel Sales. "FRC's move to the NetSuite cloud provides its clients with a software and services solution that is designed to power efficiency, growth and ultimately success."
