Our process begins with your Administrator rapidly getting up to speed prior to implementation by attending two Fundamentals courses.

For your convenience, these courses can be taken anytime via training on demand.

Examples of Fundamentals course topics include:

  • Modify and create custom roles to enforce security
  • Use customisation tools to add fields, control views and create new tables

We then provide you with concise eLearning tutorials, which are process-focused and based on the NetSuite leading practices. The eLearning tutorials include topic overviews, end user process flows and demonstrations.

Your end users can consume this content whenever it fits their schedule and can do so both prior to implementation and after. Without losing valuable time away from the job, your resources learn how to make the most of NetSuite for their daily responsibilities and become competent and confident users.

1 Project Team Training Courses (Industry-Specific Fundamentals and Administrator Fundamentals):
Public Course details can be found on our Training website. The courses must be completed, or forfeited, no later than one (1) year after purchase. By signing this Estimate, you acknowledge and agree to abide by NetSuite's training cancellation policies as detailed on the Training website. These training and workshop services shall be provided pursuant to the “NetSuite Professional Services Agreement” located at www.netsuite.com/termsofservice.

2 SuiteSuccess eLearning Tutorials for End Users:
eLearning Tutorials are standard content based on NetSuite SuiteSuccess Leading Practices for your industry or across industries as appropriate. eLearning Tutorials are delivered via a NetSuite system with access granted for up to 25 registrants for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Customer is solely responsible for deployment of eLearning Tutorials to end users via the NetSuite system. Materials are provided for Customer’s internal training purposes only. Customer is prohibited from reselling, sharing or sublicensing any training deliverables. Any use of materials outside your organisation is expressly prohibited. All materials and delivery are provided in English. NetSuite Demo Accounts are not provided with this solution.
