NetSuite OneWorld powers “Frictionless” B2B ecommerce portal for ca technologies RMDM unit

SAN MATEO, Calif. —August 5, 2010—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N),  the industry’s leading provider of cloud-based financials / ERP software suites, today announced that CA Technologies (Nasdaq: CA) has implemented NetSuite’s OneWorld to create a frictionless Ecommerce software platform for its recovery management and data modelling solutions, directing new opportunities to its 13,000 partners and opening new lanes of communication with customers on pricing and configuration choices.

CA Technologies delivers data protection, high availability and data modelling solutions under its ARCserve and ERwin brands. NetSuite offered CA Technologies the convenience of rapid deployment and cloud-based management, while enabling it to retain ownership of its customer data and avoid per-transaction Ecommerce vendor fees.

In addition, NetSuite OneWorld’s multi-site capability enables CA Technologies to host separate front-end sites for the ARCserve and ERwin product lines, while consolidating transactions in a single integrated backend.
