NetSuite and Brennan Partner to Bring On-Demand Software Suites to the Mid-Market in Australia and New Zealand

Companies Sign Multi-Million Dollar OEM Agreement to Deliver Integrated, ERP/CRM/Ecommerce Solution

SAN MATEO, Calif.—September 16, 2008—NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market enterprises and divisions of large companies, today announced the details of a multi-million dollar OEM ( original equipment manufacturer) agreement with the Brennan Group, a leading managed hosting and mid-market solutions provider in Australia. The partnership terms call for Brennan to extend NetSuite's integrated business management software suite — which includes customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Ecommerce functionality — and launch a jointly branded solution aimed at helping mid-sized businesses in Australia and New Zealand lower IT costs and optimise their business processes.
